I’ve been straightening hair for more than 30 years now. I started
providing this service to help people who could not maintain
their curly hair or wanted to change the texture so they could
spend less time styling their hair. Back then, stylists tried lots of
things to straighten hair. We used flour. We even used plastic
panels and cardboard to make the hair straight. As a result of all
the relaxers they were using, many people ended up with extensive
damage, including hair breakage.
I was searching for a better approach when a friend from Japan
brought back Liscio products for me to try. The first time I used
the Liscio system, I was impressed. It truly straightened the hair,
and just as importantly, did not damage it. I’ve never been completely
satisfied with other products because they didn’t produce
perfectly straight hair. With Liscio products, you can see right
away after rinsing that the hair is straight. And you can feel the
difference. When you dry the hair after rinsing, the hair is smooth
and silky to the touch. My clients could see and feel the difference
too.
Eventually, the Liscio distributor invited me to teach a seminar on
Liscio Thermal Reconditioning to stylists. It was hard at first but
once I convinced the stylists to feel the hair, they were hooked.
After that, it was easy. Clients spread the word about the great
results they achieved with Liscio and very quickly, more and more
stylists started coming to the seminars. |
